Yes. Divoc inc. sells the masks individually (black, white, blue or pink).
2How long can I wear the mask?
The DIV20 mask can be worn for a period of twelve (12) consecutive hours. However, we recommend washing the mask each time it is removed from the face to avoid contamination.
3Can DIV20 be used in the health care sector?
We do not recommend DIV20 in the health sector for now – it has not yet been approved by Health Canada due to its fast development. Testing on the product is still in progress.
4Do you make DIV20 masks for children?
No. The DIV20 is a one-size-fits-all model that is more suitable for an adult. It depends on the shape of each person's face still, but chances are that it is too large for a child.
5Is the DIV20 mask certified?
No. Given the fast development of the DIV20, product testing is still in progress.
6Is the filter of the DIV20 mask replaceable?
No. The DIV20 is reusable and its filter is fixed to the mask—it is not interchangeable.

For optimum efficiency, use a new mask. This mask is washable and reusable. Wash in the dishwasher or with water and gentle soap. Washing or wearing the mask for an extended period reduces its filtering efficiency. Replace the mask if damaged, soiled, crushed or if breathing becomes difficult.

As of now, we have no point of sale for the DIV20 mask. It is possible to pick up your masks at our office without contact or to have them delivered (fees applicable). Payment must be made before pick up at all times.

10What are the delivery times?
We ship our packages through Canada Post. It is possible to choose regular or express delivery. The delivery costs will be adjusted according to the option you picked. You can also pick up of your order at our office.

No. The boxes contain 6 units of DIV20 masks exclusively white or black. There are no mixed boxes.
